We love giving our members the opportunity to host parties at the pool! But additional guests require us to plan properly to ensure safety for all at the pool. Please follow these guidelines for your next event at the pool.

1.      Party reservations are managed through our pool management company, Aquatic Management Group.  Request reservation though AMG https://www.aquaticmanagementgroup.com/pool-parties

 

2.      AMG will contact you to confirm the date and time.

 

3.      Following confirmation from AMG, complete the attached form and deliver it and your check to either the Pool or mail it to:

Greystone Swim and Racquet Club, PO Box 98014, Raleigh, NC 27624.

 

4.      The form and check must be received 7 days prior to your event.

 

5.      Check-in with the pool staff upon your arrival for your party.

Policies and Pricing​

Parties at the Greystone Swim & Racquet Club are available to Club members only.

 

Children's Birthday Parties

 15 children or less $75.00

 

Includes deck, gazebo and use of pool with a Two-hour party limit.

Reservations are available between 11am-5pm

 

General Pool Parties

 

            1-40 participants           $150.00

            41 to 80 participants     $250.00

            81 to 100 participants   $350.00

 

Includes deck, gazebo and use of pool with a Three-hour party limit.

Reservations are available between 11:00am to normal closing time.

Please note:

• Please do not attempt to host a party without booking through the link above. Doing so results in understaffing, puts a strain on our lifeguards, and creates a safety risk.

• Circumventing the booking process may result in an invoice after the fact, and guests may be asked to leave if the party is not booked and we do not have enough guards on hand to ensure safety.
